LBGT Gay Wedding photographer at Brix Winery in St. Helena in Napa Valley. Julia and Paula.

Look at these radiant sunsets over the Napa Valley–Just perfectly picturesque for your wedding photography.  My favorite types of weddings are same sex weddings as I know how much they have struggled to have the same rights in marriage as the rest of the country.  It truly is an honor to be a gay, LBGT, or same sex wedding photographer as I love the kindness and acceptance surrounding these extraordinary individuals and Julia and Paula were not an exception.  Everyone there was so supportive and elated that these two can finally officially be married.  Much much heart felt love for these two for eternity!  xoxo

Gay Wedding Photographer at City Hall in San Francisco. Jack and Ryan. Love wins!

This romantic love story begins with a long distance relationship. Jack and Ryan met while Jack was vacationing in Thailand, and after a couple of years of long distance courtship, Ryan moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where they were finally able to marry under California law. The hosted the LBGT wedding ceremony at San Francisco’s City Hall and their wedding reception was held in the delightful Japanese Tea Garden no less!  Because both Jack and Ryan couldn’t be more whimsical and fun I photographed their wedding photos in a very playful and artistic way.  It was raining when we got to the Golden Gate Bridge for their couple wedding portraits but I got the most awesome and unique wedding photo of them jumping with balloons with the drops of rain on my windshield.  We also took wedding portraits around City Hall and The Japanese Tea Gardens with their bridal party and had the best day ever —Yeah, Love wins!

Gay Wedding photographer at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco, Bay Area. Peter and Jared

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this wedding was! I loved everything about documenting Peter and Jared’s amazing day.  We did couple wedding photographs at their hotel and at the Grace Cathedral.  I love photographing same sex weddings as I am honored to be a part of progressive civil right change.  Being a LBGT wedding photographer is one of my favorite things and I am most proud of being to work with these exceptional couples.  They are so positive and have the deepest level of compassion and emapthy.  In perfect SF style, they had a cable car deliver them to their ceremony at the magnificent Grace Cathedral. They prepped for the wedding at the luxurious Scarlet Huntington Hotel, and their reception was at a club so swanky I’m not allowed to mention its name online! Peter’s children were in attendance with their partners, all beaming with happiness for their father. We had so much fun taking photo journalistic style wedding photos of them all at the wedding reception and took some more artistic and stylized wedding photos of the couple around the venue. Food stations were everywhere with every kind of food imaginable. Such a beautiful day full of so much love…Congrats!
