Who doesn’t love secrets? They are that ephemeral thing like a butterfly you want to hold onto forever, but alas…..the journey is short. I loved shooting this family’s portraits in Fairfax in the redwoods. It’s all about the little moments.
Sam just moved to Petaluma from Oakland with his wife and his 2/12 year old twin boys. He found me by googling Petaluma photographer. So at least I know this blogging is working. haha. Sam was fantastic and we had a great time tromping through Petaluma shooting his corporate headshots. Actually, he’s going on a business trip to China and they are making a poster of him for the seminar he’s teaching. Go Sam!
Loved photographing Steve for his corporate headshots in Petaluma, CA which is my hometown. Doesn’t he look handsome and professional? He drove all the way from the east bay so I could shoot his corporate headshots.
I love shooting family portraiture in my hometown of Petaluma. There are so many great backgrounds for family portraits and children’s portraits around this historic town. The Low Family is a very artistic and theatrical group so we had fun doing different set ups in various areas around town.
Loved photographing these editorial fashion photos of the beautiful Tallulah around downtown Petaluma. She wore a couple of different colored wigs and voila- she looked like a totally different girl and would act totally in character. I had so much and being a fashion and editorial photographer in San Francisco is just the most incredible honor.
Love love love being a Family and children’s portrait photographer in Petaluma. I travel to Mill Valley in marin County to photograph children’s and family portraits as well and these adorable boys made the trip totally worth it. We had so much shooting these lifestyle photos and laughed our heads off. These photos capture so much as documenting your kids is the most wonderful thing you can do for them and for you!
Love photographing these family and children’s portraits and this little girl is so darling! We had so much fun as I photographed them at their home and so everyone was so at ease. I love lifestyle photography and getting to be a spy for the day as I look for magical moments. Being a family and children’s portrait photographer in Petaluma in Sonoma County is the the most incredible thing ever. Family and children’s portraits are everything!
Ummmmmm…..vwatt??? Look into those tide pool blue eyes! Let’s say Monica and Frank can make a cute baby! Love here to pieces. This was so sweet as I also photographed her mommy and Daddy’s wedding at The Julia Morgan Ballroom in San Francisco a few years before. So it was so fun to meet them and Monica’s extended family at The Japanese Tea Garden in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park to take some family and children’s portraits. Love getting to be a family and kids portrait photographer for my clients after I’ve photographed their wedding. I get to be a part of their journey the whole way through. It’s quite an honor and I’m so amazed by how fast these families grow!
Getting to be a maternity photographer is one of my favorite things as there really is nothing more exciting than bringing a child into the world. It’s such a fun creative time to get to explore ideas in your maternity portrait photography. I love using natural light and if you can see the sun rays almost beckoning Desiree and Austin’s baby to come out and see the light, you’ll understand how magical light is. We did their maternity session at a private ranch off D Street in Petaluma in Sonoma County and we had fun exploring the property. We were about to wrap up when Austin says, “Wait, we need one more maternity photograph.” Then, he goes over to his truck and grabs his hunting rifle and he says….”This is for all the boys that are gonna try to date my daughter.” Both Desiree and I could not stop laughing. This little one is gonna be Daddy’s little girl for sure!
