Laura and Zachary met in Texas while she was working an an au pair as she comes from the French island of Guadeloupe. Zachary is from Petaluma, California so they hosted their wedding at his parents beautiful estate in the hills here in town. The uber fabulous, Peter Ruiz, of Leave it to Peter made sure everything ran perfectly and the decor and flowers by Jackie Dumouchel of Lotus and Lily Design were very french in honor of Laura and her heritage. They had so much fun with friends and family from France along with locals from Petaluma and beyond and danced the night away. Such a gorgeous sunset and evening and it was complete with a confetti exit and a cool vintage car to drive away in. Laura and Zachary couldn’t have been more in love and it was an honor to be their wedding photographer. I wish them both the best life has to offer as they go back to Texas to start their lives together.

I love it when a couple is so genuine and lovely that you just want to be friends with them afterwards. Allison and Addison are those kind of people and their family and friends are an exact reflection of that. What a beautiful wedding they had at The Lodge at Sonoma and the happiness and love was so vibrant I couldn’t stop taking photos. Such incredible details and the venue is just a magical place to capture all the bliss.

Mitesh called me as he was on a mission to get some great photographs of his upcoming marriage proposal to his girlfriend, Carolina. Being it was on a Sunday I as pretty booked up but I really love photographing marriage proposals as they are so beautiful and emotional so I squeezed this photo shoot in which took place at Inglenook Winery in St. Helena, CA in Napa County. Look at those smiles! I am so happy I found the time to photograph this magical moment and I look forward to their upcoming wedding!

St. Mary’s Church in Nicasio, CA is one of the most idyllic chapels on the western coast. It dates back to 1867 and also served as a school house back in the day and Daniel’s grandmother was a student there. She then bought her siblings out to purchase 900 plus acres above St. Mary’s and had her children and grandchildren frolicking in the hills during family times. Carley and Daniel knew this was where they should get married and wanted the wedding photographs to reflect the nostalgia of their ancestry and roots. I loved photographing the two of them in the charming church and on Daniel’s grandmother’s beloved property. I wish these two so much love and the wish they can bring their children to enjoy this lovely land.

Carley and Daniel both live in Texas but came out to Nicasio near Rancho Nicasio to take engagement photos the day before their wedding at Daniel’s Nana’s 900+ acre ranch. We hiked and rendevouzed amongst the heifer cows to photograph these images for their save the date cards as they will have a bigger ceremony next year in Maryland. They met in training camp for the Army and are excited for their next assignment which fingers crossed will be Hawaii. Sending good juju their way.

Caitlin and Nick chose the Montage Healdsburg for their wedding reception as they loved the swimming pool and view–You can’t argue that as it’s pretty stunning! I took their wedding portraits around the pool as the reflection was pretty dramatic! They were surrounded by close family and friends wishing them the best for their life together and after the wedding portraits were finished they all changed into their bathing suits and enjoyed the Sonoma County sunshine and took a dip in this beautiful swimming pool.

Cutest pandemic wedding story here Eydis and Tyler met on a trivia night zoom session. He lived in Miami and Eydis was visiting her mother in Iceland. Huge time difference but they still FaceTimed for almost a year until they met in person. After that, Tyler moved to Northern California where Eydis lives, proposed to her and the rest is for the history books. Love always finds a way. Eydis and Tyler had their wedding at Dillion Beach in Sonoma County and stayed the night at Dillion Beach Resort in a cute tiny home that was very similar to homes in Eydis’ beloved country, Iceland. It’s such a charming resort and their wedding was exactly what they wanted. They were on the beach with close friends and family and views that just don’t quit. Just like them. They never gave up and now they are together for all their days.

There are just NO words how much love Lauren and Marcela had not for just each other but for everyone who came up to the party to congratulate them. The love was so big that I found myself smiling from ear to ear as I photographed all the beautiful happy moments! And there were SO many I couldn’t stop snapping away. These two are absolutely stunning inside and out and they are over the moon excited to have met and start their lives together as are both of their families. I am so honored to have captured this beautiful engagement party complete with a Coachella style tent, incredible desserts, pizza oven and the most delicious paella you can taste. Everyone was so HAPPY to be there to celebrate at Marcela’s property in St. Helena which was nestled on a hilltop between vintage olive and oak trees. It was a magical evening and Arica of Events by Arica Grace turned the hilltop setting into a bohemian wonder of comfort and eye candy! What a night under the stars it turned out to be and I am so happy that this last year which was so hard to connect somehow Lauren and Marcela still found their way to each other. The proof is in the pudding they say and you just don’t get smiles bigger than these two have for each other. Big Congratulations and Love!

Aime and Brian had a very large wedding planned at The Bohemian Club in San Francisco when Covid hit so they opted not to wait and have a smaller gathering with just family at his parents private home in Burlingame, California. It was an intimate affair or what the industry is calling a minimony these days but it was not short on love and emotion. Their mothers read toasts and well wishes to the bride and groom at the reception from all their friends all over the world wishing they could be there in person. Tears were flowing but gratitude for the love between Aime and Brian and their need to start their lives together was the highlight of the evening. These two know that their love is way stronger than a big glamorous wedding and they will stand together no matter what life throws at them. I’m honored to photograph their wedding and wish them all the love in the world.
We photographed Aime and Brian’s wedding couple shots at The Embassy Suites in Burlingame, Ca before heading over to Brian’s parents home for the ceremony and reception.

Sammie and Josh decided not to wait to have their wedding day and instead opted for renting an estate in Glen Ellen overlooking all of Sonoma Valley. They had a small and intimate ceremony of just close family and friends and of course Sammie’s Dog whom she loves more than anything! He was up there for the entire wedding ceremony and walked the mother of the bride down the aisle as well. It was such a special day with views that out of this world. And when Josh said his vows, tears welled up in everyone’s eyes including Sammie’s as she tried to wipe it away without smearing her makeup which made for a funny moment where everyone laughed. I wish this couple much love and success in the future and many more moments filled with laughter!
