Minimony wedding in Burlingame, CA -Aime + Brian

Aime and Brian had a very large wedding planned at The Bohemian Club in San Francisco when Covid hit so they opted not to wait and have a smaller gathering with just family at his parents private home in Burlingame, California. It was an intimate affair or what the industry is calling a minimony these days but it was not short on love and emotion. Their mothers read toasts and well wishes to the bride and groom at the reception from all their friends all over the world wishing they could be there in person. Tears were flowing but gratitude for the love between Aime and Brian and their need to start their lives together was the highlight of the evening. These two know that their love is way stronger than a big glamorous wedding and they will stand together no matter what life throws at them. I’m honored to photograph their wedding and wish them all the love in the world.

We photographed Aime and Brian’s wedding couple shots at The Embassy Suites in Burlingame, Ca before heading over to Brian’s parents home for the ceremony and reception.

Beautiful escort cards on their wedding reception table. It was a small intimate affair but they still included all the details in their wedding.
The wedding catering was so beautiful as well as delicious and the presentation was as if they were at best wedding venue in San Francisco!

The wedding reception table was so beautifully placed on their balcony overlooking the entire valley in Burlingame. They put out blankets for every guest so they would be cozy when it started to get cold.
As the sun went down the lights came on at their house and illuminated this beautiful new married couple.

Toasts and laughter rang throughout the evening and everyone said it was more special being with just family. They plan to have a big wedding reception once the world is safer and I plan to photograph every moment for this remarkable and resilient couple. Cheers to the next chapter of your lives!

Peiwan and Buddy had the most beautifully emotional wedding ceremony at Thomas Fogarty Winery in Redwood City in the South Peninsula of the San Francisco Bay Area.  It sits high up on a bluff where the fog rolls in auspiciously and makes such a mystical addition to artistic wedding photography.  It was such a beautiful day with peonies and the most magnificent florals throughout the event.  Wishing Peiwan and Buddy the most wonderful lives together and many more wine tastings together at this spectacular venue.
