I always love photographing at The Sweetwater in Mill Valley, CA and this was no exception. At 13 years old, Trip, is already a very accomplished musician and he wanted his Bar Mitzvah to represent his musical interests. He and his band performed a very impressive list of cover songs and the walls were covered in Rock posters of him with his favorite quotes by bands he loves. They served the sweetest of the sweetest candy lined beverages and had a temporary tattoo artist making everyone rockstars! It was a grand affair and I hope Trip has an awesome life ahead of him with music carving out his path along the way!

Charlie was so excited to have his Bar Mitzvah finally after having had to reschedule it a couple times due to Covid. He had so much fun with his family and fiends after his service at Emanu-El Temple in San Francisco. The party was held at the Spinnaker Restaurant with jaw dropping views of the San Francisco skyline. I had an awesome time photographing Charlie’s Bar Mitzvah and the fun they all had together dancing and playing fuse ball and air hockey. I had the awesome opportunity of photographing his sister, Maddie, three years prior for her Bat Mitzvah at the Spinnaker Restaurant as well so it was a happy deja-vu being their bar mitzvah photographer once again.

Mandy & Curt were married at San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, CA. The incredible natural beauty of this place is incomparable and taking wedding photographs is a wedding photographer’s dream come true! This is where The Kennedy’s used to stay on vacation and many other celebrities have gotten married at this beautiful hotel. The wedding images were very edgy and fashion forward for wedding imagery as Mandy works in the fashion industry and had a lot of input into how she wanted her wedding photos to look. I also love love love fashion photography so it was so fun to shoot her photos and have her pose in an editorial way. We used mostly natural light during the pre ceremony for their couple shots but did a lot off camera flash for the reception wedding photos. Such a fun to shoot this couple at this iconic hotel!

Noone and I mean noone can make you laugh like Fielding and Larry! They had the most incredibly FUN wedding at Bacara Resort in Santa Barbara complete with limbo dancing. Their choreographed first dance was enough to give you cramps in your stomach from laughing. They are simply made for one another and I cannot wait to see their journey as it unfolds. Mazel Tov to the most animated and cool couples out there!

Unparalleled luxury! RZA and Talani had their wedding ceremony and reception at the Santa Barbara Biltmore Four Seasons.
It was a gorgeous day with red rose buds everywhere and I was honored to be their wedding photographer and I especially love photographing weddings at The Four Seasons Biltmore in Santa Barbara. Such an exceptional day and a gorgeous couple with their son in attendance as the ring bearer. And talk about the toasts… every grammy winning musician you can imagine was there to toast them and wish them the best life together.
